We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions that you will find useful. Of course if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q. How do we know where the house is and how to get there?
A. You will be sent a Guest Information Handbook which includes directions to the house, once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been made in full.

Q. How do we get access to the house?
A. You will be given details for a code to enter into the keypad outside the front door. This will be given prior to departure.

Q. Do I have to arrive and leave on a Saturday or Sunday?
A. No, arrival and departure dates are flexible.

Q. What happens if we have any problems or questions during our stay?
A. There is a local management company on call 24/7 to take care of you. Their contact information will be in your Guest Information Handbook.

Q. How often is the house cleaned?
A. The house is cleaned prior to your stay to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. If you require additional cleans during your stay this can be arranged, at an additional cost, with our local management company.

Q. Will we have to bring our own bed linen and towels?
A. The villa is fully equipped for all your creature comforts. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Q. Is the kitchen fully equipped?
A. Yes, the kitchen has enough utensils to cater for 8 people. It also has a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster plus all the normal items you would find in a kitchen.

Q. Are there any washing facilities?
A. Yes, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Q. Are there any hairdryers?
A.Yes, there are hairdryers in each of the three bathrooms.

Q. Is Smoking or pets allowed?
A. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside where we have provided an ashtray. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated in the interests of hygiene.

Q. Is there a telephone in the house?
A. Yes, in fact you can make local calls free of charge. For International and long distance calls, we recommend that you purchase a pre-paid phone card at the local supermarket for $5.00 (£3.00).

Q. Does the house have a safe?
A. Yes, there is a safe in the house. There is a weekly charge for the use of the safe at $30.00 (£18.00) per week.

Q. How do we book?
A. Completing the booking form. You can contact us using the Contact Us page on the website and submitting a request, which is the most convenient way. Alternatively, you can contact us by using the telephone number on the website. We will then email you a booking form to complete, sign and return to use with the necessary deposit. By returning the booking form and deposit, confirms the booking.
